Helo i have my sister19 years old in july.in god will she will be graduate for university next year?

i will love to know what is the cost of geny in telecom and engeniering in telecom for her in bengalore. she will come from cameroon in africa, so totaly new as by me i am here in mumbai since4years.but never go to that place. waiting for ur help thanks.
