I just got a message from somebody called Global Telecom listed to be in?

Amberside Wood Lane Hemel Deptford High Street.claiming my mobile number has been drawn with luck to win 550.000 GBP by random choice. I am asked to be given my address details etc.to relate to an official price administrator Dr. Oweyn Hamon. It shows a picture of a femal stated to be the CEO, but no name given. Then I receive a statement from Halifax Bank in London 29 Ryen Lane Peckham on which I have to claim my winnings and sign and send to remittancehfbplc@london.com. No request for my bank account yet. Likely to be a scam?
