First Home Owner Crisis, What should I do?

I am currently in a very odd situation and looking for an outsiders opinion. I am a 21 year old single female with a very stable career. (I realize this is odd because most 21 year olds are still in party and going out mode) I am currently renting an apartment with a friend of mine and she and I have been living together for the past 7 months. I recently signed and purchased a home. Should be able to move in within the next 20 days. Here's my situation: My roommate thinks she is coming with me and says she will pay rent and utilities to me just as we do already. My best friend also has kind of decided she is moving in as well, under the same circumstances of paying rent and splitting utilities. As much as I would love having my friends there with me and someone to help with the high cost of owning a home, Im not sure that moving friends into a house that I am paying a very large amount of money into is a good idea. I feel like maybe they won't respect my belongings and that I am going to be afraid to leave my house with just them in it. What do you think??? PLEASE HELP, any advice is greatly appreciated because I am about to spaz out.
