How do I get my free gift when I top up my cellphone?

Hey i topped up my telecom phone and got a txt saying about the free gift with the top up and win website, but I accidentally deleted the txt with the unique code on it so am now unable to claim without this code. I was just wondering If anyone knew how I could still get it without the unique code? If it's even possible..?
