What to do when your boring with bad luck in dating?

There is this Salvadorian girl and I would like to get to know her more and maybe even take her out for a date. However, she never responded to any of the messages I send. Sometime I think I’m born with recessive genes where I just have bad luck and make I should just give up on all girls since no one is gonna take me. I’m a very nice person have friends, engineer technician that work computers and telecom systems and I just don’t get it. I thought my education and niceness would help me but guess not. 24 years old turning 25 years old next month and never had a girlfriend and never dated is pretty pathetic. Maybe reincarnation is the best route for me, hopefully I’ll have happier life when I return.
