Dinosaur movie, can't remember the name?

I saw this movie about 7 years ago on television, it involved an island or continent or some separated land mass where dinosaurs and humans live together in peace. There were outsiders coming to this place and one was a guy that learned to fly pterodactyls... He held up his fist to call it... He might have been the only outsider. And there was one really smart dinosaur that could talk, maybe a raptor, and someone raised dinosaur eggs... It was a live action movie. Sorry about the spotty details, I can barely remember the film! If you could name it it'd be much appreciated!
