Would you quit a job you like if your coworkers didn't like you?

I think I'm good at my job. But I'm an introvert and a mostly cheerful person. I work with mostly extroverts and they mostly just complain about how much working at where we work sucks. I don't think they like me because I'm not as outgoing and I actually focus on getting the job done. It kind of makes me feel like such an outsider because they don't like me. I work with mostly women and I am a female. The thing is, I'm good at what I do at work. Why should I leave?
